Toyota Yaris HV (2020 – 2021)

The software of the Skid control ECU (Electronic Control Unit) which monitors and controls various functions related to the brake system may be defective. As a result, the electronic parking brake could become inoperative, increasing the risk of an accident.

The Toyota Yaris HV models affected by this recall were manufactured between 6 July 2020 and 28 April 2021.
