Toyota Prius (2020 – 2021)

The programming of the Pre-Collision System (PCS) feature may be improper, which could cause the application of the pre-crash brake assist function to be delayed. This can result in less overall vehicle speed reduction than designed, increasing the risk of injury.

The Toyota Prius vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 1 July 2020 and 31 May 2021.
