The wrong brake pedal was installed leaving the gap between the clutch pedal and the brake pedal too narrow. The brake pedal may therefore be accidentally depressed while gear shifting, resulting in unintentional brake activation.
The Toyota Aygo X vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 24 February and 3 April 2022.
