The end piece of the secondary handbrake cable may be defective and can deform the rudder bar. As a result, the handbrake may be less effective, increasing the risk of an accident.
The Renault Trafic III models affected by this recall were manufactured at Sandouville between 18. 5. 2018 – 13. 9. 2018.
