The seat belt buckles on the third-row passenger seats may be defective. As a result, the passenger or a universal child’s seat would not be restrained by the seat belt, increasing the risk of injuries in case of an accident.
The Renault Trafic models affected by this recall were manufactured at Sandouville between 30. 5. 2017 – 30. 1. 2019.
