The rivet component used to fix the curtain airbag is improperly assembled. This could lead to having the curtain airbag not being properly deployed and in the event of an accident, increase the risk of injuries.
The Opel Astra vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 10 March and 27 April 2022.
