The fuel tank ventilation pipe may have a split, which may allow diesel fuel to escape during refuelling or driving.
Consequently, the leaked fuel may get into contact with the exhaust system, increasing the risk of fire, or leak onto the road, posing a risk to the following traffic.
The Mercedes-Benz GLB models affected by this recall were manufactured between 11 January and 2 March 2020.
