Mazda CX-60 (2022 – 2024)

Mazda-CX-60-improper software

Due to improper software programming of the Dash Electronic Supply Unit (Dash-ESU), defroster, seat belt warning light and 360° view monitor may not function properly when the hybrid system is powered on, or the engine is started. Moreover, the engine warning light may be illuminated, and the high-voltage battery cooling system (only for PHEV) may not function as intended. These defects increase the risk of an accident and injury.

The Mazda CX-60 vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 15 March 2022 and 15 July 2024.

Mazda recall code: AR058A
Affected models: CX-60 (KH) equipped with Skyactiv-G 2.5 engine (PYUL (PHEV/Non-HEV)).

What the owner should do?

If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.

If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
