Lotus Elise (2012 – 2019)

The plastic spacers between the engine fuel rail and cylinder head may expand and contract. Consequently, the cylinder head’s securing bolts might suffer excessive fatigue, leading to a fuel leak, increasing the risk of accident and fire.

The Lotus Elise models affected by this recall were manufactured between 15. 5. 2012 – 30. 6. 2019.
