Lexus UX (2024)

The wires in the primary wiring harness that provide power to the generator’s electronic motor control unit (MG ECU) are incorrectly routed. As a result, they can be damaged and compromise the ECU’s power supply, causing a loss of propulsion and increasing the risk of accidents and injuries.

The Lexus UX 300h vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 8 and 17 January 2024.
