Land Rover Range Rover Velar (2023 – 2024)

Land-Rover-Range-Rover-Velar-2024-oil-filter-fire

The plastic used for the oil filter housing in some petrol and diesel engines can crack over time. This can cause oil leaks onto the engine and road. Leaked oil can ignite upon contact with hot engine parts, increasing the risk of a fire. Moreover, it can also create slippery sections, increasing the risk of accidents and injuries especially for two-wheeled vehicles.

The Land Rover Range Rover Velar vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 29 November 2023 and 12 March 2024.
