The headlamp assemblies could fail when the vehicle is started or switched off and will not recover on any subsequent ignition cycles. This results in the failure of functioning of the headlamp, front position lamp, daytime running light and turn signal indicator, increasing the risk of an accident.

The Land Rover Range Rover and Land Rover Range Rover Sport vehicles affected by this recall were produced in the first half of 2023.
