Land Rover Range Rover (2020 – 2022)

Improperly tightened diesel particulate filter mounting frame fittings may lead to loosening or detachment of the fittings, which will cause stress to the exhaust joints and, over time, increase the possibility of unmeasured exhaust gas leaks.

In the event of an exhaust leak, hot exhaust gases can leak under the vehicle or under the engine compartment, which can damage engine components increasing the risk of a fire.

The Land Rover Range Rover vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 23 September 2020 and 7 June 2022.

What the owner should do?

If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.

If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
