Certain vehicles fitted with 2.0L Diesel Engines may emit excessive levels of CO2 and may not conform with the certified condition. CO2 and other greenhouse gases contribute to global warming pollution. A reduction in CO2 emissions contributes to the EU greenhouse gas reduction targets helping protect the environment.

The product does not comply with the Regulation setting emission performance standards for new passenger cars and the Regulation on type-approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles.

The Jaguar E-Pace models affected by this recall were produced between 9. 3. 2015 – 5. 5. 2018.
