The cap on the brake-fluid reservoir may not be able to provide proper ventilation enabling atmospheric pressure to be maintained within the reservoir itself. This may cause the vehicle to lose some or all of its braking capacity, increasing the risk of an accident.
The Ferrari 488 GTB vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 2015 and 2019.
