DS7 Crossback (2019 – 2021)

The software in the battery management control unit cannot detect certain failure modes in the battery In the vehicles concerned there may be a defect in the high-voltage battery, which could lead to overheating. This increases the risk of fire in the vehicle.

The DS7 Crossback vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 19 February 2019 and 16 December 2021.
