Due to improper bolts of certain components (brake calliper, rear axle mount, ratchet wheel, ABS sensor, brake hose, brake hose bracket, front control arm, horizontal front control arm, anti-roll bar, power steering), the affected parts may be lost or damaged. This could lead to various malfunctions, such as a loss of connection between the rear wheel and axle tie rod or a rupture of the rear brake line while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of an accident.
The Citroen C3 vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured on 22 and 23 August 2022.
