The lubrication of the vacuum pump may be insufficient and this can cause it to break, which in turn can lead to reduced braking assistance, creating a risk of an accident.

The Citroen Berlingo vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 7 February 2017 and 13 November 2019.
