BMW X5 PHEV (2020 – 2021)

Impurities in the production process of batteries could cause a short circuit within a battery when the accumulator is fully charged, which may cause fire and lead to an accident.

The BMW X5 PHEV vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 17 January 2020 and 22 February 2021.
