Aston Martin DBX (2020 – 2023)

Aston-Martin-DBX-2020-fuse-box-fire

The fixings for the fuse box cables can be incorrectly torqued, causing the cables to become loose. This can lead to an electrical power loss in the vehicle or cause heat damage to the fuse box. Loss of electrical power can result in the engine stalling or loss of headlights, power assisted steering or other vehicle functions. This can increase the risk of accidents and injuries. Heat damage to the fuse box can cause smoke in the trunk, increasing the risk of fire.

The Aston Martin DBX vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 7 May 2020 and 30 September 2023.

Aston Martin recall code: RA-63-1832

What the owner should do?

If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.

If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
