Metal particles can block the oil pressure control solenoid valve in the ‘high oil pressure’ position. This may result in engine failure, increasing the risk of an accident.
The Alpine A100 models affected by this recall were manufactured in Dieppe between 1 September 2018 and 15 May 2019 (Euro 6 D temp); from the beginning of production to 5 July 2019 (Euro 6 b).
