Porsche-Taycan-brake-hoses-kba

Porsche is recalling 149,847 Taycan vehicles manufactured between 2019 and 2024 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that the front brake hoses may fail and the front brake circuit may fail as a result.

In an authorised workshop, the brake hose on the front axle left and right is replaced.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “14047R“. The internal manufacturer code is “ARB0“.

What the owner should do?

If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.

If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
