Opel is recalling 26,924 Combo, Corsa and Mokka models built in 2022 back to the workshop worldwide. The reason for the recall is the faulty configuration of the battery control unit, which can lead to faulty data and a loss of drive.

The software of the battery management unit is updated in the workshop. The KBA monitors the measure under the reference number “013173” and the manufacturer-internal code is “KEG“.
