Nissan is recalling 390,595 vehicles of the Qashqai model series manufactured between 4. 5. 2021 and 17. 10. 2024. The recall is due to a wear on the fuel line due to friction which can lead to fuel leakage. There is a risk of fire.
At an authorised workshop, if the fuel pipe shows minor wear, a sleeve is fitted. If the wear poses a risk, the pipe is replaced on all potentially affected vehicles.
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “15667R“. The internal manufacturer code is “PG5C6“.

This notification is purely informative for the vehicle type you have selected. As these deficiencies often relate to specific components (engine type, bodywork, equipment), the recall may not apply to all vehicles of this type. For more detailed information on possible recalls for your vehicle, please contact an authorised workshop (see below at “What the owner should do?”).
What the owner should do?
If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.
If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
