Jeep is recalling 3,479 Wranglers built in 2022 to workshops worldwide. The reason for the measure is a faulty attachment to the fuse of the HV battery. This can lead to failure and, thus, loss of drive.
In the workshop, the fastening elements are checked and, if necessary, the HV battery is replaced. The KBA is investigating the action under reference number “012856” and the manufacturer’s internal code is “53A“.
