Jeep is recalling 105,106 Grand Wagoneer and Wagoneer vehicles manufactured between 24 February 2021 and 11 September 2023 to authorised workshops worldwide. The reason for the recall is that the inaccessible or damaged seat belt buckle in the third row of seats prevents a person in the affected seat from fastening their seat belt.
In an authorised workshop, the seat belt buckles in the third row of seats are checked and replaced if necessary.
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “013501“. The internal manufacturer code is “A7A“.

What the owner should do?
If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.
If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
