Jeep Grand Cherokee: ABS software error leads to unintended vehicle movements

Jeep is recalling 177,907 Grand Cherokee SUVs produced between 2017 and 2019. The measure is due to a software error in the ABS control module. This can cause unintended vehicle movements.

The software of the ABS module is updated in the workshop. The KBA is investigating the action with the reference number “012438”, and the manufacturer code is “Z48”.
