Fuel leakage and fire risk with some Peugeot, Citroen and Opel models

Peugeot is recalling 73,954 vehicles of the 308, 408, 3008 and 5008 model series manufactured between 9. 2. 2023 and 23. 5. 2024. The recall is due to a leak at the connection between the fuel line and the high-pressure pump which can lead to fuel leakage. There is a risk of fire.

The same problem may occur with 13,867 Citroen C5X and C5 Aircross vehicles with the production period between 5. 11. 2024 and 24. 6. 2025, as well as 1,085 related DS4 models. The recall also affects 1,377 Opel Astra and Grandland models produced in 2024.

At an authorised workshop, the fuel line is replaced.
