Ferrari Purosangue: Fuse Box Fault May Reduce Braking Performance

Ferrari-Purosangue-2021-2025-fuse-box-brakes-issue

Ferrari is recalling 3,390 vehicles of the Purosangue model series manufactured between 1 December 2021 and 18 August 2025. The reason for the recall is that the positive terminal of the fuse box power supply may come into contact with the footrest bracket on the passenger side. This can lead to a short circuit in the fuse box and, as a result, to a reduction in braking performance.

At an authorised workshop, a spacer will be installed between the positive terminal of the fuse box power supply and the passenger-side footrest bracket.

The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “15391R“. The internal manufacturer code is “RC92“.

What the owner should do?

If you read about a recall that you think may affect your car, you should make immediate contact with a dealer or workshop that’s been officially authorised to perform repairs on behalf of the manufacturer and ask for the details.

If you wish to know more about eventual problems of a specific car (e.g. real mileage, potential traffic accidents damages, odometer rollback, repairs, etc.), then we suggest going to HPI-Check.
