Tesla is recalling 14,003 vehicles of the Model X and Model S series manufactured between 13. 9. 2022 and 22. 11. 2024. The recall is due to the audio function of the eCall system that may not be available.
Tesla has provided an over-the-air software update for affected vehicles to mitigate this issue.
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) monitors the recall under the reference number “14817R“. The internal manufacturer code is “SB-25-00-005“.
