My car is a Model 4 eNiro, purchased August 2020 and has now covered 16825 miles.
The dealership have recently updated the car’s software but apart from the first, 10000 mile service, I haven’t needed to bother the dealing about anything.
One thing I will mention is that the Michelin Primacy 3 tyres, as fitted from new, get progressively noisier as they wear. I understand from various online forums and Kia’s own technicians that this is a know issue with this particular type of tyre.
