Problem description:

The middle fold-down rear headrest may not be correctly locked into the in-use position. This could impair its protective effect, increasing the risk of injury in the event of an accident.

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 23 August 2019 and 18 November 2020.
