The lower A-pillar bolt on the right may not have been fastened to the body with the correct torque. In the case of plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs) with 7 seats, it is possible that the body structure may not perform as intended in certain crash modes. In the event of an accident, there is an increased risk of injury to occupants of the vehicle.

The Land Rover Discovery Sport vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 30 October 2023 and 31January 2024.
