Problem description:
The outer pinion of the right driveshaft may break due to lack of heat treatment during the manufacture of the part which may lead to a break in the transmission shaft. The engine will still run, but there is no torque transmission to the drive wheels increasing the risk of an accident.
The Citroen C3 vehicles affected by this recall were manufactured between 7 April and 10 April 2021.
