The underbody cover does not prevent the accumulation of flammable materials under the engine, increasing the risk of fire in 98,435 Peugeot Partner and Rifter vans, as well as 66,656 Citroen Berlingo and 2,373 related Toyota ProAce City and 12,215 Opel Combo vans.
A software error can cause the engine to stall in 33,096 Citroën C5 Aircross and DS7 Crossback SUVs. 10,217 Peugeot 508s may also have the same fault, manifesting at higher altitudes and cold temperatures.
A week ago, Peugeots and Citroens were recalled due to a possible overheating of the particulate filter and its rupture. This week, the Opel Grandland X joins them.
Mercedes-Benz is recalling 425,913 C-Class, CLK, E-Class and CLS vehicles from 2000 to 2010. Due to improper bonding to the sliding roof frame, the glass panel can detach from the moving vehicle and endanger surrounding traffic.
The rear wheel bearing housing may crack in more than 4,000 2021 Volkswagen Tiguans.
